Telescratch is a new and exciting product that enables companies to engage with new and existing customers in a low cost, focused, memorable, intuitive, interactive and fun way!

It brings the concept of a "scratch and reveal" interface to the majority of mobile phones in use today and enables companies to design and deliver exciting new campaigns to create awareness and ongoing customer engagement.

Telescratch can be easily integrated with existing marketing campaigns be they Print Advertising, POS, Web or Direct Mail.

Typical campaigns include:

  • The delivery of a discount voucher or promotional offer.
  • A new product release
  • New media marketing to support television programs, for example "..text your vote for competitor X and receive a screensaver image of him or her..!"
  • Delivery of images related to sports, media, entertainment etc.
  • A prize draw with instant rewards and/or a "grand" prize.

Any one of these campaigns can be used to create an "active" relationship with the customer at the POS, by mail or telephone.

A Typical Campaign

MegaPizzaCo wish to promote their latest pizza five ringed "Olympic" pizza!

At their restaurants customers see at their table a picture of the new pizza together with details of a competition to win an all expenses paid trip to an exotic location! A text number is printed that they must contact to enter the competition. On doing so they receive a MegaPizzaCo branded scratch card on their phone. The phone user is able to "scratch" away the image using their phones keypad, "jog" dial or stylus to reveal that they have been entered into the .Grand Draw. and their entry will be validated when quoting a promotional code at the retaurant which also entitles them to a 10% discount on their next "Olympic" pizza!

The restaurant will of course then be able to capture relevant customer information and the opportunity perhaps to contact them again with details of other relevant promotions.
